The formation of Centripetal Capital Partners, LLC. represents the combination years of investment and management experience with the nuances and demands of today's investing environment and opportunities.

Each Partner of the Investment Team has over 25 years of investment and management experience and during that time they have learned that the highest returns are derived when "smart money" or value-added capital is injected into companies at critical moments of growth opportunity. The benefits of such timely investments are not just those garnered by investors, but also those gained by the portfolio company's management and shareholders.

Traditionally, such opportunities were the near-exclusive territory of large private equity firms in support of large companies operating in a well organized transaction network. Individual private equity investors were left to resort to an adhoc exchange of transactions, often times lacking appropriate due diligence. At the same time, promising small to mid-sized companies were too small to attract professionally managed equity funds and generally too early-stage to secure commercial mezzanine or debt funding. As a result, such companies found themselves under-capitalized, with expensive financing from sources incapable of providing the expertise and support necessary to achieve growth and the full opportunity potential.

Recognizing these deficiencies in the marketplace, the significant investment opportunity to provide capital to growing small to mid-sized companies and the desire by active investors to wisely invest in opportunities with the support of a dedicated investment team, the founding Principals created Centripetal Capital Partners, LLC.
