Opportunities

We attract and source investment opportunities across a range of business sectors, seeking companies with strong products or services supported by equally experienced, committed and successful management teams where we can provide critical moment financing. Our investing Members provide hands-on industry and functional expertise to reduce risk and maximize return for the management and shareholders of our portfolio companies and for our CentriCap Members.

Inflection Point Capital

CentriCap generally commits $2 - 20 million of equity or equity-related financing for growth capital, management buyouts and acquisitions. Larger transactions are completed in cooperation with affiliated institutional sources. We negotiate transactions that minimize the downside at a point in the target company’s development when our capital will have the most impact on future value.
