Centripetal Capital Partners would like to welcome J. Skyler Fernandes as our new Associate, taking over from DeVer Warner, who has gone on to pursue his MBA. Mr. Fernandes joins Centripetal from Credit Suisse where he worked in the Financial Institutions Group within investment banking.

Previously, Mr. Fernandes worked in the asset securitization group at Societe Generale and raised capital for Latin American corporations at Standard Bank. Mr. Fernandes is COO of the South African Chamber of Commerce in America (SACCA) and has worked strategically with African entrepreneurs, launching the African Entrepreneurship Platform, showcased at the Clinton Global Initiative, as well as the Missing Middle Initiative at the World Economic Forum.

Additionally, Mr. Fernandes is on the Social Investment Council of Echoing Green, the YP Steering Committee of Endeavor, and acts on the Junior Board of the American Museum of Natural History. He graduated a year early from New York University summa cum laude, due to coursework at Harvard University.
